Collection Information:

Collection is available Monday to Wednesday 9am - 4pm and Thursday/Friday between 9am
and 12pm. ALL lots MUST be collected or shipping paid by the 10th working day post sale. Uncollected
pallets will attract a storage charge of £20+vat per day from day 10 onwards.

Delivery Information (Pallets):
Single Standard Pallet From- £66 + VAT
Double Oversize Pallet From- £132 + VAT
Triple Oversized Pallet From- £198 + VAT
Highlands & Islands will incur a surcharge. Please contact us for an accurate shipping cost.

Delivery Information (Parcels):
Standard Parcel Delivery £12 + VAT
Large Parcel Delivery (Above 15KG or Larger than 1 Metre) £24 + VAT
Extra Large Parcel Delivery £50 + VAT
 
Customer Own Shipping:
Parcel wrap, pack and label service - £5 per parcel
Pallet wrap and label service - £10 per pallet.

Other Information:
Items are not used but maybe warehouse or customer returns where the packaging has
been opened.
Lots that are described as unused but marked ‘used’ are expected to be new with no-fault,
however we are unable to guarantee this as we have not installed/tested each item or its
components.
Items may have been returned for any of the following reasons: The wrong item delivered,
the wrong size ordered, the wrong colour ordered, cosmetic marks, damaged items,
imperfections, missing accessories, missing parts, or in extreme cases a faulty product.
These are RAW and unchecked returns. All care is taken to include information on faulty
items in the description when it is obvious, but we do not check all components for items
that require assembly and we do not open sealed boxes. Obvious imperfections or faults will
be included in the description and/or photos where possible.
Stock photos are for illustrative purposes only, we cannot guarantee the size, colour, or
condition of the items.

* Payment from outside the UK will be subject to a £10 charge
* We accept card payment for amounts under £1000
* We do not accept card payments over £1000, or cash on collection, values over £1000 is to be made by bank transfer
* If you are exporting goods won in the auction. The VAT on Hammer must be paid first, and will only be refunded on receipt of proof of export
