Grading Definition:
Grade B: item could have minor flaws, something that is slightly scratched / cosmetically marked i.e.
Sole of a shoe, tried on but no signs of wear.
These are fit for purpose but not quite acceptable to go back to stock.
An item could be classed as Grade B if the box was damaged.(Hardware - Might not come with counterparts.) Slight mark on products.

The reasons for return could be any of the following: failed delivery, the wrong item delivered, damaged or broken item, items returned in the guarantee period, damaged or broken packaging, missing parts, incomplete set, the wrong item ordered.
This can include faulty electrical items that require repair or refurbishing by a qualified professional.

We cannot verify the colour, etc of individual items in the pallets and we cannot accept returns.
Delivery only - Delivery will be made within 10 working days after you have confirmed your delivery address.

All pallets are delivery only.
Single Pallets £65 + VAT and Oversized/Double Pallets £130 + VAT to the UK exc Highlands, Islands and Rural Areas which will be at a higher rate.
We are currently unable to offer overseas delivery including to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
