No frontispiece present.

Part 1 - No Title page present - contains 176 pages which include a list of subscribers, introduction by Thomas Sheraton plus introduction to Part the first containing some preliminary observations - 12 engraved plates.

Part 2 - Title page only present, no plates - 1794

Part 3 - No title page present - Introduction - begins at page 351 numbered to page 442 with 21 engraved plates.

Appendix - Title page present dated 1796 - numbered pages which end at page 60 with 33 engraved plates plus 4 folding plates.

Engraved plates are not in order in some instances.

 Condition: Re-bound quarter calf with green label on spine -decorated paper covered boards - the text block is firm - the block has been trimmed, resulting in minor losses to the title information of some of the plates - the content of the plates and also the main text pages are undamaged - good overall - some pages have fox marks, the worst marks are shown - small tears to some pages with no loss - chipping to some edges of plates - slight loss to margin of one page - plates removed after re-bind between pages 406-407 - see all images for condition.

Despite being incomplete this remains a very interesting book with many fascinating illustrations and is an overall nice copy of this early reference book on furniture production.
