Description
This Irish Coin Display Set Contains Eight Coins (Mixed Dates).
The Half Crown, Florin, Shilling, Sixpence, Three Pence, Penny, Halfpenny and Farthing.
Irish Coins Were First Issued In 1928 And Ended In 1968 (Decimal Coins Issued In 1971). The Pre-Decimal Coins From 1928 To 1968 Had the Following Designs.
Half Crown Depicts a Horse.
Florin a Salmon.
Shilling a Bull.
Threepence a Hare.
Sixpence a Wolfhound.
Penny a Hen & Chicks.
Halfpenny a Sow & Piglets.
Farthing a Woodcock in Flight.
Please Note Farthings Are Scarce but For a Complete Full Set Needs to Be Included.
Coins Condition May Differ from The Ones Shown.
Approx Size 8" x 6" (200 x 150mm). The Security Watermark Logo Will Be Removed.
