this was left to me by my grandfather to start a trust fund for my newborn daughter, this 1800s era saddle bag has been stored in a air conditioned room that few were allowed to enter, to prevent rot and decay, which in return has perfectly preserved this item, it has the embossed Levi Strauss 501 patch on the inner and outer of the saddle bag with tassels at the bottom, the overall dimensions are 18"W by 34"long,
