A Humorous showing of the centenary of the 1851 Great Exhibition.

One of the series of annual publicity booklets that were issued by the Dublin and London brewing company of Guinness and issued to people such as doctors & chemists to Promote the benefits of the company’s stout.

The booklets were produced to a very high standard of illustration, printing and publishing from 1933-1939, then 1950-1966, after which the Guinness Book of Records continued the tradition.

Every publication from 1933 to 1966 was a high-quality booklet with rhymes, text and cartoons created by some of the top illustrators and writers of the time.
