Pair of Marble Topped Mahogany & Giltwood Eagle Console Tables c.1890. Period c.1890 Wood Mahogany Eagles Carved giltwood Marble Thick Rouge Both tables measure 130 x 55 x 96 (height) cm We are pleased to offer a very fine pair of heavy marble topped eagle side tables. Heavy rectangular rouge marble tops with crisply moulded apron, on outspread carved gilt eagle and platform base. These are a true pair, ie. left and right facing and have been removed from a Elizabethan stately home in Worcestershire.
