Antique Early 19th c. Bronze Bell 1805

Antique Early 19th c. Bronze Bell 1805 Fine early nineteenth century bell. Stamped with the date 1805. The bell was cast at the Whitechapel bell foundry by Thomas Mears the Elder. This can be identified by the font of the numbers and the filleted moulding wires. Impressive proportions and weight Measures 41 x 41 x 40 (height) cm Bell with some chips to the base, the structure itself sound, no gong present.
