St James Hospital & Map Sussex F. Grose Antique 1785 Copper Engraving.

This Antique Book Plate Was Removed from an 8 Volume Edition Francis Grose's Antiquities of England and Wales Published From 1783 To (Circa) 1787.

Each Book Plate Has Been Dated, Credited and Titled.

At That Time Prints Were Individually Hand-Engraved on Copper Plates, Publishers Were Required to Date Each Print's Manufacture.

Approximate Size of the Page 10.5 x 7 (Inches) 267 x 179 (mm).

Please Note Some of The Prints Has Been Trimmed So Some’s Sizes Will Be Varied.

This is an Antique Book Plate and as such is likely to have some.

Age-Related Wear, Marks, Discolouration, Spotting, light Creasing.
