This very unusual limited edition can be turned upside down to reveal another image which shows how the incredible mind of Dali worked. Professionally framed and mounted. Condition of this piece is excellent. The original painting is a 77 x 73 cms (30 x 29 ins) work on paper, pulling together a range of mediums. The expressive brushstrokes are a blend of oil paint, gouache, watercolour and ink. It is one of many anamorphic works created by Dali; a technique of illusion which dates as far back as Leonardo Da Vinci. Anamorphosis transforms the artwork, often using a mirrored cylinder or distorted angle to reveal a hidden image. 'Le Nu' translates from French to 'the nude'.
