Description – Signed and Stamped FAILE, STAR SPANGLED SHADOWS is a vibrant coloured Screenprint on linen paper from street artists Faile aka Patrick McNeil and Patrick Miller. They hit the London street Graffiti scene in 2005, like Banksy, publishing at P.O.W print house in Shoreditch to Brooklyn and the world.
