Pure Evil (AKA Charlie Edwards)  one of the most influential Street Artists in London since the 1990's who has helped numerous artists get started from working in Banksy's crew to creating, perhaps one of his greatest works "The New Logo for the Hackney Looting Team" a play on the 2012 Olympics where a hoodie is stealing one of the Olympic Rings. 
The Olympic committee tried to stop him until he pointed out THEIR logo was 5 interlocked rings - he had 4 +1 - they were not happy - if you look on eBay etc. you will see it credited to Banksy!
