Early 19th c. Mahogany Brass Arched Dial Longcase Clock We are pleased to offer for sale a good looking mahogany longcase clock with broken swan neck pediment and brass & silvered arched dial c.1840, Scottish Brass arched dial with engraved silvered motif to the lunette. Silver chapter ring and dial. Two winding holes, blued steel hands. Ornate spandrels Broken swan neck pediment hood with brass finial and inlaid motif to the centre. Columns surmounting the door. Mahogany case with short bow fronted door, inlay to the centre Eight day movement striking on a gong Measures 55 x 27 x 227 (height) cm Offered in good condition commensurate with age. Attractive patina to the mahogany, movement fully working
