Georgian Sterling Silver & Gilt Snuff Box London 1802 Maker Joseph Ash I. Engraved monogram to the lid. Silver gilt interior with hallmark. Measures 7 x 3.5 x 2 cm. Weight: 38.2 g A lovely quality original piece with a very nice feel. Some dinks and small dents, predominantly to lid. Hinge good and lid closely soundly. Light scratches. Silver gilt to the interior good. Hallmark fully legible, though little worn.
