Victorian Hand-Painted Porcelain Cabinet Plate, Attributed to Royal Worcester or Minton, Circa 1880–1900 
A stunning Victorian period porcelain cabinet plate, featuring a delicate blush pink ground adorned with exquisitely hand-painted pansies in rich shades of purple, burgundy, and golden yellow. 
The finely detailed floral design is enhanced with lavish gilded leaves and stems, along with subtle silver highlights, showcasing exceptional artistry and craftsmanship. 
The plate is finished with a gilded scalloped rim, adding further elegance and refinement. 
Likely produced by one of the renowned English porcelain manufacturers of the period, such as Royal Worcester or Minton, both known for luxurious decorative wares and superb quality. 

Condition: The plate is in good decorative condition with minor signs of wear commensurate with age, including slight surface marks and expected rubbing to the gilding in places. 
No chips, cracks, or restoration observed.

Unmarked to the reverse, which is common for certain artist-decorated or commissioned pieces of this period.
