A finely engraved brass bowl featuring bands of Islamic calligraphy and geometric motifs, executed with care and precision. 
The script—likely Thuluth or a stylised Kufic—forms a continuous band around the outer surface, bordered by repeating patterns above and below. 
Additional calligraphy decorates the base. 
The interior shows signs of use and oxidation consistent with age. 
This piece likely dates to the late 19th or early 20th century and may have been produced in Iran, Syria, or the broader Islamic world, drawing on earlier decorative traditions.
