A striking vintage footed crystal comport or vase, finely crafted with deep ruby overlay glass cut to clear. 
The bold flared rim features scalloped edges and decorative fan and hobstar-style motifs, highlighting the quality of the hand-cut design. 
Richly detailed throughout, the piece displays excellent clarity and contrast between the ruby and clear glass.
