Description
Possibly French, mid-20th century
A delightful pair of vintage vases in pale lemon-yellow opaline glass, each moulded in a softly rounded, egg-like form and raised on three clear glass tripod feet in a stylised organic design.
The rims are lightly scalloped, adding a subtle decorative touch to the overall minimalist form.
Likely of French origin and dating from the mid-20th century, these vases reflect the playful, sculptural sensibility of post-war European decorative glass.
Each vase measures approximately 6cm wide and deep, and 9cm in height.
In very good condition, with some light scuffing to the feet consistent with age and use.
No chips or cracks observed.
