Description
A solid silver tea strainer with an attractive pierced floral design to the bowl.
Hallmarked for London, 1870, with maker’s mark for Samuel Smily.
The handle has a simple, classic form with clear hallmarks.

Length: 17 cm
Weight: 38.9 g
Condition: Good antique condition with age-related wear. Small damage to the bowl (visible in photographs), some tarnish and light surface marks consistent with age and use.
A practical and decorative piece of Victorian silver.
