Very Large Georgian Copper Saucepan

Very Large Georgian Copper Saucepan English, c.1800 A fine, large-scale Georgian copper saucepan of good weight, retaining its original iron handle with three-rivet fixing. English, early 19th century. Handmade from a single sheet of copper with dovetailed seams clearly visible to the base, and with signs of age and use throughout, including surface marks and light pitting. The interior shows old tinning, worn with age. An impressive and functional piece of antique kitchenware with considerable presence, measuring approximately 65cm in length (including handle), 31cm diameter, and 18cm high. Condition is sound and in keeping with age and purpose.
