Antique Carved Oak Panel – Grapevine Motif – Late 19th Century – Black Forest Style Description: Antique carved oak panel dating to the late 19th century, depicting a grapevine motif with bunches of grapes, curling tendrils, and large vine leaves in deep relief. Likely Continental in origin and influenced by the Black Forest style, this piece would have originally formed part of a larger item such as a cabinet or wall panel. It is now fitted with a later hanging ring and works well as a decorative wall plaque. Carved in solid oak with a dark aged patina and good surface depth. The carving shows minor wear and a few small losses commensurate with age, but remains sound and decorative throughout.
