Georgian Solid Silver Cream Ewer – London 1759 A fine mid-18th century English solid silver cream ewer. Of baluster form with repoussé floral and scroll decoration. The shaped rim with gadrooned edge, and a cast scroll handle of good design. A cartouche to one side with period monogram. Fully hallmarked for London, 1759. Maker’s mark not visible. Good antique condition. Stands solidly with only light wear in keeping with age. Measures 10.5 cm x 6.5 cm x 12 cm (height) Weight: 129.6 grams
