Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Abalone & Mother-of-Pearl Inlay Flower Brooch Charming vintage Mexican brooch of circular form, finely inlaid with a central flower in mother-of-pearl, framed by sections of iridescent abalone shell on a deep blue ground. Stamped “Mexico 925” to the reverse, denoting sterling silver. Diameter: 3.4 cm Weight: 6.1 grams Condition: Good vintage condition with minor surface wear and natural variation to the inlay. The silver shows light age-related tarnish to the reverse. Original pin and rollover clasp in working order. A stylish example of mid-to-late 20th century Mexican silverwork.
