Early 20th Century Silver-Plated Vesta and Sovereign Case Patent No. 204209 A silver-plated combination vesta and sovereign or stamp case, English, early 20th century. The case is engraved with scrolling designs and has a monogram to the front. The interior holds a spring-loaded sovereign holder, marked with Patent No. 204209. Size: Approximately 6.5 cm x 4 cm x 1.5 cm. Condition: General surface wear and tarnish from age and use. The hinged lid is a little loose. Believed to be silver-plated; no hallmark present.
