Victorian Hand-Painted Cabinet Plate, c.1880–1900 Description: A fine quality late 19th century English porcelain cabinet plate, the blush pink ground decorated with hand-painted pansies in deep burgundy and golden tones, embellished with gilded and silvered foliage. The border with a scalloped gilt rim. Unmarked to the reverse, as occasionally found on artist-decorated pieces from this period. Attributed to Royal Worcester or Minton, both known for similar high-quality decorative wares of the Victorian aesthetic movement. In good condition with no chips or cracks. Some light surface wear and rubbing to the gilding in places, consistent with age. Diameter: 24 cm Date: Circa 1880–1900
