Description
Comprising a hand-assembled 322 part 19 jewel movement, you witness the complexities of the escapement and balance wheel housed within. These require an ambitious 50 plate milling process to hold the components in place. The unique red dial merges into black and represents the shift from a Shepherd’s sunset into the night sky, permitting the stars beyond to take over.
The abyss-black hand-waxed first layer leather strap with a butterfly folding clasp keeps the watch secure. Its 316 steel case with sapphire crystal glass, and sapphire crystal skeleton caseback allow you to witness the tourbillon movement in all its gravity defying glory. As the day and night perpetually alternate, this whirlwind operation reminds us of the expanse of space hiding within the darkness.
