Stuart Beaconsfield Hand-Cut Crystal Claret Jug, England, Late 20th Century A finely crafted crystal claret jug by Stuart, produced in the renowned glassmaking region of Stourbridge, England. Executed in the rare and elegant Beaconsfield pattern, this piece exemplifies the precision and clarity for which Stuart Crystal is celebrated. The jug features a tall, tapering form with deeply cut hobnail panels and a finely fluted foot. A sweeping applied handle and shaped pouring lip complement the design, while the original multifaceted stopper, cut with starburst and oval motifs, completes the piece. Decorative engraving with floral and festoon elements adds further charm to the shoulder.
