Cased Traditional Royal Navy Blazer Buttons – HMS Ark Royal, 1987 A commemorative boxed set of Royal Navy blazer buttons, presented to guests at The White Ensign Association’s Dinner aboard HMS Ark Royal on 3rd June 1987. The dark blue velvet case, embossed with a gilt White Ensign, opens to reveal a satin-lined interior and a full set of gilt and navy enamel buttons—five large and six small—modelled after those worn by Royal Navy Flag Officers in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Includes the original printed card insert describing their historic design and association with Vice Admiral Lord Nelson and the Battle of Trafalgar. Measurements: Case 16 × 8 × 3 cm Good condition. Some little wear to the exterior and interior consistent with age.
