Opens via a side push-button to reveal a fitted brass interior, originally designed to hold a small ink reservoir (now absent). Closes securely. An attractive and practical piece for the desk or collector’s cabinet. Date: c.1900 Dimensions: approx. 4.5 x 4.5 x 4.5 cm Condition: Lacking original ink insert. Some age-related wear, surface marks, and interior oxidation. Closure sound.
