Vintage S.T. Dupont Paris Ligne 1 Gold-Plated Lighter c.1980 A finely made gas lighter by the prestigious French maker S.T. Dupont, Paris. Of classic rectangular Ligne 1 form with the maker’s signature diamond-patterned guilloché finish and polished vertical roller. The piece is gold-plated to a thickness of 20 microns, as stamped to the base, alongside the Dupont maker’s mark, serial number, and country of origin. Marks: S.T. Dupont – Paris – Made in France – 20μ with maker’s stamp and serial number 3975 CR. Measures 5.8 cm high, 3.5 cm wide, 1.4 cm deep. Fully serviced and in lovely working order. Offered without fuel due to postal regulations. Minor surface marks and light signs of use consistent with age.
