Arts & Crafts Sterling Silver Spoon – John O. Bellis, San Francisco c.1900–1920 A good early twentieth-century American Arts & Crafts silver spoon by noted San Francisco silversmith John O. Bellis. Finely hand-wrought with a hammered finish, shaped bowl and pierced handle in typical Arts & Crafts taste. Stamped STERLING and JOHN O. BELLIS with maker’s mark (slightly slipped). Retains its original green felt pouch with woven maker’s label. Weight: 60.6 grams Length: 22 cm Very good condition. Light surface wear and a few scratches to the bowl consistent with use.
