Antique Oval Watercolour of Torc Mountain, Ireland, by A. Groom A late 19th or early 20th century watercolour landscape attributed to A. Groom, titled to the reverse “Torc Mountain”. The composition shows a peaceful Irish lake scene, with wooded banks and soft, distant hills in muted watercolour tones. Presented in its original oval gilt frame with decorative crest and gilt mount. A decorative and atmospheric piece. Some wear to the mount and gesso frame. The painting itself is well preserved. Approximate overall size: 60 cm high x 37 cm wide.
