Pair of Vintage Italian Gilt Metal Wall Lights A fine decorative pair of vintage Italian wall lights. The gilt metal backplates are richly ornamented in neoclassical style, with black oval centres framed by scrollwork. Each arm is formed as a stylised hand supporting a candle-form fitting, giving a striking appearance. The gilt finish remains bright with only light wear and a few small marks, consistent with age. Fitted with later electric sockets and candle sleeves. Measurements: Height: 42 cm Width: 16 cm Protrusion: 17 cm Condition: Good decorative condition. Minor marks and surface wear. Wiring present, but should be tested and fitted by a qualified electrician.
