Vintage Gilt Brass Table Lamp – Neoclassical Revival, c.1930 A decorative gilt brass table lamp, dating to the early-mid 20th century, in the French neoclassical revival taste. The lamp is modelled as a fluted column with acanthus leaf decoration, hung with chains, and raised on a tripod base with foliate and scroll detail terminating in paw feet. Later adapted for electricity with a candlestick-style bulb holder. Measurements: Height: c. 44 cm (17.3 in) Base width: 16 cm (6.3 in) Condition: Good decorative order with wear and patina consistent with age. Wiring is older and should be tested or replaced before use.
