Decorative Japanese Porcelain Vase, Mid to Late 20th Century A striking Japanese porcelain vase of baluster form, dating to the mid to late 20th century (circa 1960–1980). Hand-painted in vibrant overglaze enamels with traditional figural scenes and floral panels, framed by a deep blue moriage ground with raised turquoise enamel beadwork. The neck and foot are finished with stylised red and gilt borders. Unmarked to the base. Dimensions: Height: 34.5 cm Diameter: 15 cm Condition: Good condition overall; no chips, cracks or repairs. Minor rubbing to the enamel in places, consistent with age.
