Antique English Brass Oil Lamp – Union Metal Works, c.1910
An attractive early 20th century English brass oil lamp by Union Metal Works, Birmingham, makers of the UN patent duplex burner.
The lamp features a finely cast base with scrolling foliate ornament and a rounded font of good weight, fitted with its original UN marked twin-wick duplex burner and filler cap.
The brass surface has a soft, gently aged patina with light wear consistent with age and use.
