The lid bears a heraldic crest depicting a lion’s head above the motto "Remember and Forget Not", with engraved initials below. Stamped Sterling to the underside, suggesting American manufacture, and likely dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. Measures approximately 10 cm wide x 10 cm deep x 8.5 cm high.
