Pair of French Rococo Revival Cast Brass Candlesticks, c.1890 A good pair of French cast brass candlesticks, dating to the late 19th century. Of Rococo Revival design, with scrolling foliate stems, petal-shaped drip pans, and bold shell-moulded bases. Cast with good weight and well-defined detail. The candlesticks retain their original finish, with surface wear and patination from age and use. The undersides show typical oxidation and casting marks. Measurements: Height: 27.5 cm Base diameter: 13.5 cm Condition: Good antique condition. Age-related surface wear, patina, and oxidation to the bases. No major losses or repairs.
