Matched Pair of Antique Giltwood Frames – c.1880 A fine matched pair of 19th century giltwood picture frames. Each of rectangular form with classical beaded and rope mouldings. Constructed in pine with later gilding and retouching. Some wear to the surface in line with age and use; suitable for further refinishing if desired. Good quality and structurally sound throughout. External size: 71 x 57 cm Rebate (internal): 63 x 49 cm A decorative and useful pair, ideal for antique artworks or mirrors.
