Grade A – Like New:

•               Cosmetic Excellence: Grade A products are in impeccable condition, resembling their brand-new counterparts. These gems may have the slightest imperfections, but they are so minimal that you might need a magnifying glass to spot them.

•               Perfect Functionality: Functionality is non-negotiable. Grade A items undergo rigorous testing to ensure they perform flawlessly, meeting or even exceeding the standards of new products.

•               Ideal for Perfectionists: If you're someone who appreciates pristine gadgets without compromise, Grade A is your ideal choice.

Grade B – Very Good:

•               Minor Wear: Grade B products may exhibit slight wear and tear, but nothing that significantly impacts their appearance or functionality.

•               Great Value: For those seeking a sweet spot between quality and cost-effectiveness, Grade B products offer excellent value without compromising on performance.

•               Visible only on Close Inspection: Minor scratches or blemishes may be visible, but they are subtle and won't detract from the overall aesthetic.

Grade C – Good:

•               Moderate Wear: Grade C products show signs of more noticeable wear, making them perfect for those who prioritize function over aesthetics.

•               Budget-Friendly: If you're on a budget and willing to accept some cosmetic imperfections in exchange for a great deal, Grade C is an attractive option.

•               Fully Functional: Despite cosmetic wear, Grade C items are thoroughly tested to ensure they meet our strict standards for functionality.

Grade D – Fair:

•               Visible Wear: Grade D products may have significant cosmetic imperfections but remain fully functional.

•               Project Enthusiasts: Ideal for DIY enthusiasts or those looking for items that serve a specific purpose, Grade D products offer affordability with functionality.

•               Clear Descriptions: Our product descriptions for Grade D items are transparent about visible wear and any potential impact on aesthetics.

Grade U Raw returns (no label):

•  Raw used returns are items that high street retailers can’t sell for various reasons. This may be because the goods are surplus stock, failed mail order delivery, end of line, discontinued models, 30 day customer returns, unwanted gifts, faulty, parts or accessories missing, manual missing, or damaged boxes and packaging.

•  These items are sold as seen at a discounted or bargain price, with a good percentage in working order.

Making informed choices

Know your priorities:

•               Cosmetic vs. Functional: Understand whether you prioritize the cosmetic appearance of the product or its functionality. This will guide you in selecting the most suitable grade for your needs.

Consider your budget:

•               Affordability: Graded products provide a spectrum of affordability. Choose the grade that aligns with your budget without compromising your expectations.

Read descriptions carefully:

•               Transparency is key: We pride ourselves on transparent product descriptions. Take the time to read through them, ensuring you fully comprehend the condition and any potential imperfections.

Armed with this knowledge, you're now equipped to navigate the awesome world of graded products. Embrace the diversity of options, from Grade A perfection to Grade D functional treasures, and choose the products that align with your preferences and priorities. Happy shopping!
